It may be small and a little on the expensive side but don’t skip over the micro nation for either reason - it has plenty of attitude, a dramatic panorama and a lovely old town, home to the royal palace. Get past the high rises, million dollar yachts and the casino to unearth some of the municipality’s more charming characteristics.
