"Solo travel with purpose, connection, and wellness"

Who Is Ben In Wanderland?

I’m Ben — a solo traveller, writer, photographer and nurse who traded the familiar for adventure when I boarded a flight out of Australia at 18. That leap of faith turned into a life of discovery, spanning decades of exploring the world, living abroad, and learning from people and places along the way.

This site is where I share those lessons — helping you embrace travel with purpose, forge meaningful connections, and prioritise your wellness, both on and off the road.
